And of course petrol
was rationed; you only used your car for essential things.
And you got coupons; we have them here which you can look
at. That's a clothing, oh that's the petrol coupons, so
you only used - I remember going - near the end of the
war - going to a dance in Croy and you weren't allowed
to use your car, but the local vet put on a meeting before
the dance and he talked to the farmers about his educating
them and that was all right; you could use your car and
then we had the dance afterwards. [Laughter]
