School children interview Jean and Teresa about spies during the war
Teresa: Well being on the exchange we heard the air raid warning being read so we knew that it was immanent

Do you think you saw any spies?

Teresa: I did actually, it was one of the soldiers in Bangour I can still remember his name Leon Stonsberg he was in the Royal Scots Grays, because it was a German name and he came through and looked at the Exchange that was the pretext that he was looking for a drink of water and that was when I thought he was sussing out the exchange to see what was what, but that was that it, I thought he could have been a spy.
